From small independent hotels to large hotel chains, during the first all sectors of Bordeaux’s hotel and tourism industry were represented Hotel Sustainability Day organized by ECO-ONE, a leading startup in the hotel sustainability, in collaboration with several renowned hotels.
The first Hotel Sustainability Day was held on Friday 18 October at the Marty Hotel by Hilton, under the direction of Ava Moddabber, in the presence of many influential players in the regional hotel industry. The event brought together representatives of the largest hotels in Bordeaux.

During the sustainability day in the hotel Bordeaux, they have several inspiring initiatives were shared by the participating hoteliers, highlighting ongoing efforts to make the sector more sustainable. Aurelie Jadelus, manager of the Marty Hotel by Hilton, a presented the innovative collection system organic waste established in his establishment.
